For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, we will refer to all of these access points as Services (the “Services”).

Collecting Information from Children Under the Age of 18
Our Services are not designed or targeted for children, and we do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use Personal Information from any person under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us so that we may delete such information. We use Shopify to host our website, power our online store and to process, orders, payments, and related services. In this context, Shopify acts as our service provider and we may disclose your information with Shopify to deliver our Services to you on our behalf. However, Shopify may also process limited Personal Information to provide, develop, and improve its analytics, advertising and other products. By using our Services, you consent to allow Shopify to collect Personal Information about you, place cookies necessary for our Services to function and complete checkout during transactions. Compliance and Legal Obligation

Any third party to which ISKRA transfers or sells the Services or related assets will have the right to continue to use the personal and other information that you provide to us. We do not disclose your information with unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes to directly market their products to you.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to gather information about your use of our Services and to customize your experience using the Services.
Pixels
Pixels are small transparent images embedded in a site, email or ad and may provide information to platforms such as Google, Meta or TikTok, who may combine your information with other information they have about you. We pixels like Meta Pixels to automatically collect information when You visit our Services. These technologies usually track advertising preferences from site to site, and gather data about a users’ browsing habits to improve the user experience. Certain Pixels like Meta Pixels can be used in conjunction with Conversions API (CAPI), to help us better understand the performance of our ads. Marketing Communications
You have the right to opt-out of marketing communications and newsletters we send you.
If you no longer want to receive marketing-related emails or newsletters from us, you can opt-out of receiving such emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any marketing email you receive from us. Please be aware that you will continue to receive certain communications from us that are necessary for our services. If you are having difficulty unsubscribing from our marketing emails using the above method, please contact us directly by email.
By providing your phone number, you consent and agree to opt-in to receive automated text messages. Message frequency depends on the marketing offers we provide. You may opt out of receiving text messages by texting “Stop” at the end of any message you receive, or you can opt out of these communications by contacting us at hello@iskrajewelry.com and sharing the phone number that you would like to opt out. You may also reply “Help” for help. Messaging and data rates may apply.
We may disclose your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties or marketing affiliates that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages. We will not share or sell your phone number, your opt-in to the SMS with third parties for their direct marketing purposes or for purposes unrelated to our Services. Social Media Links
Our Services may contain links to other websites. These websites may have privacy policies different from our Privacy Policy. The Services may also contain certain social media icons or widgets, such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Youtube. Although you can view the material we have linked to, you may have to create an individual account or register to use these third-party social media sites to use interactive features. Any interaction on social media or other third-party websites is governed not by this Privacy Policy but by the terms of use and privacy policy of the particular platform.
Payment Information
We use third-party payment processors, such as Shopify or Stripe, to process payments. Your credit card details are communicated directly from your browser to these payment processors. ISKRA only sees the payment card type, the last four digits of your credit or debit card number and billing address. Please see Stripe’s and/or Shopify’s terms of service and privacy policy for more information on how they use, and store your Personal Information.
How is User Information Protected?
We make reasonable efforts to maintain administrative, physical, and technical safeguards for all Personal Information collected in our Services, designed to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure, we cannot make any guarantees as to the security or privacy of your Personal Information.
Data Retention Policy
We retain your Personal Information for as long as necessary to satisfy the purpose for which it was collected. We may retain your Personal Information for longer if it is necessary to comply with our legal or reporting obligations, resolve disputes, collect debts, etc. or as permitted or required by applicable law. Please note that we may need to authenticate your identity before your request can be processed, providing us with 2-3 pieces of Personal Information which we will match to information we maintain about you. For authentication, you may be asked to provide certain Personal Information that we will match against our records. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; however, you will still need to verify your identity directly with us before your request can be processed.
Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you in a manner prohibited by the applicable state laws because you exercise your privacy rights. While you may request to delete your Personal Information, such deletions may affect our ability to offer the Services to you.
International Transfers
We are located in the United States and direct our Services to users in the United States. The Personal Information that we collect is stored on servers hosted by us or our authorized third-party service providers located in the United States. For users outside of the United State, this means that your Personal Information will be collected, processed, and stored in the United States, which may have data protection laws that are different from (and sometimes less protective than) the laws of your country or region, such as the GDPR (“General Data Protection Regulation”).

Do Not Track Signals

ISKRA may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, in its sole discretion. If we do so, we will post an updated Privacy Policy on the Services. Changes, modifications, additions, or deletions will be effective immediately upon their posting to the Services. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes. Your continued use of the Services, and/or your continued provision of personal information to us after the posting of such notice, will be deemed an acceptance of any changes and subject to the terms of the then-current Privacy Policy.
