Refund policy

 

If you're not absolutely satisfied with your purchase of our jewelry and products, you may return it for a refund or exchange within thirty (30) days from the date you completed your purchase order. Any returns outside of this thirty (30) day period are invalid and will not be accepted. 

All products marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for a return. In order to receive a  refund, the jewelry products must be eligible for return, unworn and unused. It must be returned by mail, with its original packaging (including the tags, jewelry bag or box, and free gifts with purchase if applicable). For lab grown diamonds that are above 0.50 carat, you must also include the IGI certification and appraisal note, otherwise we will send the product back to you. If the returned product is part of a set, no individual product of the set can be returned for refund, credit and/or size exchange, and it must be returned only as a complete set.  

Any product purchased during a "Gift With Purchase" or "Buy One, Get One Free" promotion may be returned. Please include the gifted product with your return, or your refund will be adjusted to reflect the retail value of the gift. A gifted product received as part of such a promotion cannot be individually returned or exchanged for monetary value 

You can use the pre-addressed return shipping label provided for you in your account or through our website using your order number. All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, and discounts, except in the case of a damaged product or an incorrect shipment. If the product is engraved or personalized, you will only receive a refund of seventy percent (70%) of the original purchase price, less shipping fees, and discounts .

Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash value. Coupon or discount codes are eligible for one-time redemption and cannot be reused if the product is returned or exchanged

Please allow up to ten (10) business days from when we receive your return or exchange for it to be processed.
