Shipping policy

 

Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS).  If you place your order Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), processing will begin once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico are not eligible for Ground Shipping. 

  • We do not process shipments on the following holidays:
  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day (July 4th)
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

FREE Standard shipping is available on all orders within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options including 2-Day, Overnight, and Same-Day delivery, may be available and displayed at checkout. We also offer flat rate and ground shipping. While we ship to APO/FPO addresses for the same rate, we are unable to control the speed at which these packages travel. Please allow for additional time for these packages to deliver.

 

Order Status 

You may check your order status online on our website using your order number or through your account.  Order status may be designated as one of the three: 
Processing, which means your order has been handed over to our team to fulfill. If all products are in stock, we will process your order within our typical timeline 
Shipped, means your order is on the way to you. You will be provided with a tracking number but please note that courier’s system may take some time to accurately reflect the status of your shipped order. 
Extended Processing, which means your order has a back order or it is an engraved product. The processing times may vary for such products. Processing times for such products may be longer so please plan accordingly.

 

Order Cancellation 

You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of purchase by logging into your account. Once logged in, go to My Orders and click "Cancel Order". If you don't have an account, you can create one using the same email used to place the order. We endeavor to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible, so we are unable to guarantee any cancellation requests or changes to your order past the 30 minute period.  

 

Shipping Issues

Please report any issues with the shipping, handling, or delivery of your package within 30 days from time of purchase to hello@iskrajewelry.com.

 

Additional Information

Our processing and delivery timelines are estimates and may fluctuate depending on production timelines. Should a delay in your order being dispatched occur, we will communicate with you and notify you promptly.
